Just a quick update while I am thinking of it!
The blueberry fermented out....again! The color is much deeper red now. I haven't tasted it yet. It is also clearing rather quickly. I did end up freezing it in the freezer to attempt to stop fermentation. I am going to give it some time in the fridge this week if I can find space. The wife and I went apple picking and we have a rather large amount of apples to keep cool along with the cider we purchased for consumption (See what we did with the rest here!).
