Racked the Peach/Strawberry off it's first level of lees last night. It is very clear. Hopefully it will be ready for the Peaches and Strawberries in a week or so. The ABV% being where I want it to be, I decided to stabilize this mead then add the fruit as a flavor additive rather than for additional sugars for fermentation. So I will have to wait on the fruit until it is fully clear (I learned my lessons from the blueberry!)
