Well,
It has been over two months since the completion of the Cyser. It tastes great! I gave it out has a holiday gift this season so I only have 2 bottles for myself. The first bottle tastes awesome. I am not sure if the other second bottle will last through New Years. It is a shame since it tasted so great. I guess from now on I will be making 5 gallon minimum batches for distribution. I think the next batch will be a regular mead.
I must apologize for the lack of posting but the past month or so has been quite hectic. At the end of November my wife and I finally moved into our house. We didn't get Internet until December 24th due to various reasons, among them the massive power outages that gripped New England. Between that ice storm the snow storm that happended a week later and the holidays I haven't had enough time to post let alone time to brew. I'm looking forward to a nice break where I can get my regular mead going. 5 gallons here I come!
