Orange - Update

Hello all!

Well, it has been thirteen days since the beginning of this brew and the fermentation is still going pretty strong. We are at about 1 bubble every 9 seconds. It hasn't slowed too much. Last time I checked which was around day 10 or so we were at 1 bubble every six seconds.

However this brew is a little different...It already has about two to three inches of lees in the bottom along with a good amount clinging to the side of the glass on the carboy. So far it is very interesting. Another interesting note is how clear the mead is at this point. I don't think it will take long to clear.
