Orange - Update

We are now at 1 bubble per 13 seconds (early AM). It has been 4 days since my last check and the fermentation finally seems to be taking place at a pace that I would consider "normal". I am going to check it this afternoon which would be the more official time seeing as that is when I began the mead (afternoons are my brew time not mornings....mornings are spent "recharging" :) ). If it reaches 14 seconds per bubble this afternoon we will probably be looking at 1 second per bubble addition per day. That would stick us at February 12th as a finish for the fermentation, end of February for the clearning, and probably end of March for the finished product.
