Just a quick update to the blueberry melomel as well! I ran it though a micro filter as some reading said that it would get most of the yeast out. Turns out it cleared pretty well but the filter didn't get all of it. I have taken it out of the fridge to see how it will clear at room temperature. We shall see in a few days.
I am still on the fence on if I should back sweeten. If I don't get all the yeast out I will get additional fermentation (which in this case would be bad). We shall see.
