Just a quick update on the peach/strawberry melomel. As of this writing the fermentation is steadily slowing. We are now at 1 blip per 8 seconds. So far so good. This seems to be going at the same pace as the blueberry melomel. That is a good thing, it is proving my methods in creating a quick delicious mead roughly 1 per month at this rate. If this continues I will never have to buy store booze of any kind ever again! It will also keep me with something to drink while my longer more complicated meads brew out.
