Just a quick update. Turns out that the mead is now at 1 blip per 12 seconds (as of 7:00am this morning EST). This seems to be keeping pace with the blueberry, which is good as they are quite similar in process and recipe (at least during primary fermentation)

It could even be going a little faster. I will post more as I have more. But at this point it is a waiting game...and so as I wait for my beverage to move to the next step...you must wait for an update!
