Turns out my hydrometer is working. I tested it this AM with water and I get the 1.00 reading. Also it got confirmed in the forums. Hopefully I can get this baby to stay on the sweet side. I think I am going to attempt to perform some SG readings on a more regular basis with this one. I may let it ferment until it reaches a certain level then force clear it.
