Hey All!
Primary fermentation is done on the Peach/Strawberry! We are now at 1 blip per 29 seconds. My estimate it will be beyond the 1 blip per 30 seconds by the time I am home tonight! This is perfect! 11 days and primary is complete! I'm going to take a reading tonight on SG when I rack it over the peaches/strawberries. Hopefully it has fully fermented out but I don't know! We shall see!
