Hey all!
Peach/Strawberry was done and it tastes great! This recipe and process is definitely a keeper. Next year I am going bigger! Very sweet and very tasty. The sweetness almost masks the alcohol taste completely!
If you want to make this one go ahead and follow the entire process. If you want a bigger batch go ahead and multiply to desired range. NOTE: I'd recommend staying around 5 gallons and no more. Multiplication beyond that I can't guarantee the results!
