Well,
It has been 4 days since the start of this brew and also it has been 3 since the explosion of sorts. However the fast and furious fermentation (or "Vigorous" as it is called in the "biz") has not slowed down. Not even the slightest. From my experience now I have found that the "no-heat" method seems to produce the most vigorous fermentation out of all the methods. Not sure how this will affect the actual primary fermentation time table, but my guess is that it will be far quicker than the last time I made this batch. For those of you wondering "Hey where is this recipe before on this blog?". Don't check. It was my "pre-blog" days and I had lost the recipe until I found in it a binder unpacking with the wife. The last time I made this I used the "boil" method and had a few extra spices I didn't enjoy, but overall it came out quite well. I am going to see how the modifications of less spices and no-heat methods go.
I'll keep you posted!
