We had a nice little explosion last night. No worries, everyone and everything are alright. It seems I over-filled my carboy just a bit and wasn't ready for the exceptionally fast fermentation. A dried cranberry seemed to clog the airlock and the pressure built and BOOM! Off went the airlock. I have left the airlock on with the cap removed...hopefully when I get home today I won't have 5 gallons of must and glass everywhere.
