Well here we are!

It has only been 9 days since the beginning of cold crashing and we are done! The mead is clear as crystal and tastes FANTASTIC!

Total brew time: One month, three days.

Total clear time: 9 days.

Now I should tell everyone. Due to the finishing gravity (1.02) it was too sweet to naturally carbonate. The risk of bottle bombs was too high for my liking. So I went ahead and borrowed my brothers kegging equipment (he brews beer). I have begun force carbonating. According to the math this will be done in three days time! Ymmy carbonated Orange Mead in three more days, I can't wait!

Total time start to finish (estimate): 1 Month, 15 days. Not bad at all.
