Well, I racked again today. It has officially been 20 days and clearing has gone pretty good. I would say that in a few days clearing will be complete. I tried it today again while racking and it is very dry, but has mellowed quite a bit. The blueberry flavor/aroma is not very pronounced, but with all melomels that will become more pronounced with age. I may back sweeten if the blueberry flavor when it comes around isn't sweet enough.
