Update - Christmas Cyser!

Even quicker update on the Holiday brew.

We are sitting at about 17 seconds per bubble on the fermentation. It is still smelling sweet and strong so good things. It has been fermenting for 15 days now. If it keeps this pace it will be done fermenting on November 4th. Giving me approximately 46 days to clear and bottle it. I say 46 because I would like to have it bottled for either the 20th or 21st of December. I don't want to be bottling it on the 23rd.
