Hey all,
Just a quick update on the Peach/Strawberry. It is clearing nicely. Hopefully it will be ready for this weekend, but my hopes aren't high. :( It is very sweet and delicious. A downside I have found to this is that the mead needs to bee at a very low temp. Like low enough to freeze all the other contents of my fridge in order to clear. Unfortunately, if I place it in my freezer it does just that, freezes. I have to keep my eyes on it. I think I am going to put it in the freezer while I am at home and keep an eye on it. Then whilst sleeping/working I can put it in the fridge.
